We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, nor do we guarantee any particular result from the use of ViviApp or from services booked through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViviApp and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

You may also stop using ViviApp at any time and request the deletion of your account by contacting support@viviapp.co.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ViviApp shall be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of ViviApp after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
